DevOps Engineer (Pulumi + SST) : 5+ Yrs

5-10 years

Full Time, Permanent

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with strong experience in Pulumi and SST (Serverless Stack) to design, build, and manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code. The role also involves penetration testing and load testing for highly scalable infrastructure. You will work closely with engineering teams to enable fast, secure, and reliable deployments across environments.

Role & Responsibilities

Design and manage cloud infrastructure using Pulumi (TypeScript preferred).
Build and maintain serverless applications using SST (Serverless Stack).
Manage AWS resources including Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, and RDS.
Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar tools.
Ensure infrastructure security, scalability, reliability, and cost optimization.
Support multi-environment deployments (development, staging, production).
Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve system reliability and performance.
Collaborate with development teams to improve developer experience and deployment workflows.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience in DevOps or Cloud Engineering.
Hands-on experience with Pulumi for Infrastructure as Code.
Strong experience with SST (Serverless Stack).
Solid knowledge of AWS services and serverless architecture.
Proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript.
Experience implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with cloud security best practices.
Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as CloudWatch or Datadog.
Experience in penetration testing and load testing for highly scalable infrastructure.

Good to Have

Experience with Terraform or AWS CDK.
Knowledge of containerization tools such as Docker, ECS, or EKS.
Experience with cost optimization and FinOps practices.
Experience supporting large-scale production systems.

UGB.Tech / B.E. in Any Specialization
